In the following Shipping & Returns Policy, “Us”, “We”, “Our”, “MORNIKO” refers to “Morniko (SINGAPORE)” “You”, “Your”, “Yours”, “Recipient”, “customer” refers to the person to whom this policy applies to.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery takes between 1 to 3 working days, anytime between 9am-10pm.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
If we exceed the processing time stipulated above, we would contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We would in the best of our ability update you, via email, on any delays, unforeseen or otherwise.
In the event a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of the Recipient at the designated address, the Recipient will receive an email notice in relation to the failed delivery attempts. A 2nd and 3rd attempt shall be performed to deliver said parcel. Pursuant to the 3rd failed attempt, a processing fee of $15 or 20% of the total bill, whichever is more would be incurred by the Recipient and the order refunded. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
MORNIKO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you in filling a claim and getting a refund.
All goods sold and handed over to our designated courier service provider, cannot be refunded. However, at our discretion, with no cost incurred by us, we would be able to accept unopened items, in original condition. Please email us at email@example.com and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
