Our organic Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomilla) sooths and refreshes the skin. Its purifying effects heal and cleanse the skin. It can be used on sensitive skin without irritating existing conditions. Chamomile excels in the treatment of overly dry, tender and sensitive skin and due to its gentle but effective healing properties. The kit above complements each other and is recommended to be used together.
Step 1 – Chamomile Foaming Face Wash
Apply 2-4 pumps of foam to damp skin, gently massage into your skin and rinse with warm water. Use morning and night. Also recommended after each workout.
Step 2 – Chamomile Facial Mist
Mist your face after using Chamomile Foaming Face Wash AM/PM. Follow up with Chamomile Face Oil. Using your Chamomile Facial Mist also during the day will restore moisture and supply nutrients for your skin to thrive.
Step 3 – Chamomile Face Oil
For best results, use daily and apply to face and neck morning and night.
AM: Follow Steps 1 & 2 and apply 3-4 drops for your face and neck. Apply your regular SPF moisturizer over your oil.
PM: Follow Steps 1 & 2 and apply 3-4 drops for your face and neck. Can be used alone as an effective night time skin moisturizer.
Step 4 – Chamomile Face Mask
Use 1-2 x Week in PM
Mix in small glass bowl 1part of Chamomile Face Mask with 2 parts of Chamomile Facial Mist into smooth paste (example 1Tbsp of clay + 2Tbsp of liquid) and gently apply mixture to your face and neck. Avoid eye area! Leave on for 20mins. Rinse with warm water, follow with Chamomile Face Oil
Pro Tip: Put couple of drops of Chamomile Face Oil into your mixture for deeper hydrating effect
Plain Full Fat Yogurt 1Tbsp Clay + 1Tbsp Yogurt
Full Fat Milk 1Tbsp Clay + 1Tbsp Milk
Make it Vegan: Coconut Milk, Coconut Yogurt are great sources of moisture for the skin. Mixing directions 1 part of each.
